RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:
* Unused items 
* Products without signs of use, wear, installation, or damage

Because many of our products are large or contain electronic 
components, returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

RETURN PROCESS

To request a return:
1. Email info@ttecomotion.com
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for your Return Authorization (RA) number
4. Ship the item to the address provided

Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless 
the return is due to an approved manufacturer defect.

Items must be returned in secure packaging to prevent damage 
during transit.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected:
* Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
* Refunds are issued to the original payment method
* Shipping costs are non-refundable
* Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted

For financed purchases (Affirm or other providers), refunds 
will be processed through your financing provider.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned:
* Custom or personalized items
* Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
* Products showing signs of use, wear, installation, or modification

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
1. Return the original item for a refund
2. Place a new order for the desired item
