STANDARD SHIPPING

Small and medium items ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Delivery time: 3–7 business days
Tracking is provided automatically once shipped.

OVERSIZED OR HEAVY ITEMS

For items exceeding standard carrier weight/size limits 
(typically over 70 lbs or with special dimensions), 
we ship in two steps:

STEP 1 — INITIAL SHIPMENT
Shipped via standard carrier:
* Purchase documentation
* Product manuals
* Accessories and components
* Warranty materials

Tracking is provided for this shipment.

STEP 2 — MAIN PRODUCT
Delivered via specialized freight or coordinated delivery 
to the address you authorize.

Delivery options include:
* Freight forwarder of your choice
* Residential address (scheduled appointment)
* Local pickup at our warehouse

Address verification may be required prior to shipment.

Calculated at checkout based on:
* Weight & dimensions
* Destination
* Shipping method

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders as 
indicated on our site.

Processing time: 1–2 business days
Delivery estimates:
* Standard items: 3–7 business days
* Freight/large items: 7–14 business days

Delivery coordination may require additional time.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Delivery is complete once the product reaches the 
authorized address or designated recipient.

For shipments handled by a forwarder or third party, 
the customer must coordinate any onward shipment.
